Who is Sizolwethu?

Sizolwethu Mobile Health (SMH) is a non-profit Christian organization, registered and based in Bulawayo Zimbabwe. Our aim is to assist those less fortunate in a variety of rural and peri-urban communities through the implementation of multisectoral programs that aim to improve health and wellbeing of the people.

Sizolwethu has formal partnerships with the Zimbabwean Ministry of Health, Bulawayo City Council, hospitals, clinics and various local churches. Working alongside these partners Sizolwethu aims to complement existing programs through;

• Regular primary mobile clinical outreaches
• Complex Wound Care Management
• Health & Hygiene Education &
• Sustainable community development initiatives.

Sizolwethu also partners with international partner organisations, churches & individuals who help support the work in Zimbabwe. The partners are namely Cosmos Alliance, Entrust Foundation, Medical Mission Aid, Jabar Foundation in Australia and New International in the USA and other friends of Sizolwethu that give. Each of the partners assists with specific programs for a specific duration of time.

The organization also facilitates opportunities for visiting international health professionals to invest their time, skills and knowledge to encourage and train health professionals across various health settings in Zimbabwe.
